Assistance with daily personal activities to enable people to live as autonomously as possible – such as personal hygiene, dressing, medication assistance, meal planning, shopping, housekeeping such as cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing, and gardening, maintaining relationships with family and friends, creating new friendships and social connections, attending medical or hospital appointments and general health and wellbeing. Assistance with daily personal activities (High Intensity) – to enable people with more complex needs and requirements to live autonomously. Supports are provided by staff with additional experience, skills, and qualifications.
